What to send

• Corrections. A detail that has changed, a property that has closed, a name spelled wrong. Point to the page and say what is off.
• Suggestions. A hotel that belongs in one of the four categories. Tell us which category and why it fits.
• Press and representation. If you work with a listed property and want its description reviewed, say what you think is inaccurate.

What we cannot help with

We hold no reservations, no confirmation numbers and no guest records. To book, change or cancel a stay, contact the hotel directly — that is the only channel that can act on it. We cannot check availability, apply a rate or pass a request along.

Response time

Expect a reply within a few working days. Messages that arrive with a clear pointer get handled fastest.
