About this index

Goalmasters Universe keeps a written record of four hotel formats that rarely appear in the same guide: art hotels, capsule hotels, casino hotels and ice hotels. The grouping is on purpose. Each format answers a different question about what a night away is for, and reading them side by side makes those differences obvious.

How entries are written

Every property is described in prose. No score, no star count, no comparison table. We write about the building, the setting, the format of the accommodation and the practical shape of a stay — the parts a specification sheet flattens out.

Claims stay general and true to character. If something would need a citation to state responsibly, it is left out rather than guessed at.

What this site is not

It is not a booking service. No reservation system, no availability, no rates, no affiliate checkout. Nothing here is a paid placement, and no property has been asked for money or has offered any.

Reviews are absent by choice. Plenty of sites already aggregate guest opinion. This one describes what a property is and leaves the verdict to whoever is reading.

Corrections

Hotels renovate, rebrand and occasionally shut. If something here has gone out of date, the contact page explains how to tell us.
